Ntimi Home of Hope we are open to some of the most vulnerable and marginalized children. The children who live in our home are from slum areas in the city and nomadic/tribal villages in rural areas without access to quality education or medical care.
A mandate to spread love
Many of the children who reside in our Home have experienced extreme poverty and overcome great obstacles at a young age even at the young age of 3-month-old. Ntimi Home of Hope these children are welcomed with open arms, and find a permanent family that strongly believes in an equal opportunity for all and in preserving the cultures, traditions and beliefs of the marginalized communities it works in. We not only care for the children alone but also the widows in our community.
A Child’s Last Hope
We only accept children into Ntimi Home of Hope when the circumstances prove that we are the child’s only chance for a safe future and access to education and better health care. When these children have nowhere else to turn, they become a part of the Ntimi Home of Hope family. We create an informal environment where children can be comfortable being themselves. Housemothers and Volunteers work hard to create an atmosphere that is conducive to growth and learning.
